Help protect your forest!

Construction debris left in the forest, April 2012.

What a disappointment to see the careless disregard with which some people treat our wonderful outdoor spaces.
There is an unfortunate. ongoing problem in Nottingcook Town Forest of vandalism, illegal dumping of trash, appliances, construction debris and spent ammunition.
How can you help?
The Bow Police Department is asking for the help of all concerned citizens. If you see a truck or trailer with trash or construction debris, or suspicious people going into the Nottingcook, contact the police department as soon as you can, at 228-0511.
The Board and members of Bow Open Spaces thank Chief Commerford and the all department officers for their help in this important endeavor.
